Nautic Hotel & Spa - Can Pastilla (Mallorca)

Nice bed in double room with a mini bar fridge, climate control and a personal safe.

You guys made our stay very nice! Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our choice. The staff were top-class without being intrusive. We had the guest room which was immaculate. The hotel had a wonderful location...  

Confusion at check in, as receptionist/computer system showing only one room book. Luckily I had taken all booking confirmation showing correct bookings of 2 rooms and they had rooms available.

close to the beach. close to the airport. well connected with plenty of taxi's available around.

Rooftop Pool, Unique Bicycle Shed, Scenic Coastal Path

The gym is cramped and feels outdated!!! The air conditioning seems inconsistent and left me uncomfortable on warmer days!!! More clear communication about spa fees would avoid confusion!!! A larger selection of evening entertainment can enhance guest experience!!!

The location was stunning and amazing, for example, Palma Aquarium was not very far from the hotel...

The location was marvellous, for example, Puro Beach was not very far from the hotel. Besides, it was so close to the airport for a 6AM flight, island on the buses, and nautic. The room...  

The staff were very unprofessional. Silvia, the receptionist lady, spoke to me very rudely when I on phone ask her for a modification date of my booking. She said clearly to me, as this was a reservation made by Booked.net she wouln´t want to chage date of my reservation. She told me if I would have booked directly to the hotel, they would have been done. After 5 calls to hotel and 10 minutes waiting on the line, I could talk with Mr, Carlos Reservation Manager, he was polite but also unflexible to modifty date my reservation.I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.I felt very bad on the phone. They charged me the room to my credit card. I have phoned three times now, I still waiting for an invoice by fax or email. This is very lamentable! My only one bad experience in Mallorca hotels in many years.

Exceptionally friendly reception by Sarah. Hotel and room exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for the money. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there from now on.

The Junior Suite was spacious with a balcony offering a view of the quiet street. The room had great amenities like a coffee machine, air conditioning, and a tv. The spa treatments were worth it and the rooftop pool had an amazing sea view!

the greneral appearance and location of the hotel is good on arrival- but it stops dead there

Tiny room, uncomfortable beds, noisy, lousy view up a side street, lino covered floors. no porterage. 4 star outside. 1 star in

The location. Outside the city in a quiet beautiful area. Buffet breakfast was awesome.!!

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like the rooftop pool, restaurant, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff even helped care for my elderly parents, which I'll always remember. Definitely coming back this weekend!...  

I found this hotel pretty nice, small and comfortable. i liked the view from the roof very much. The spa was small, but they have everything u can relax. It has very good location, close to Palma, close to airport, close to Purobeach....
